About Us

Keystone Property Settlements, Inc.

Mary Burger is owner and president of Keystone Property Settlements, Inc. She has over 40 years of experience in the title insurance industry. She founded Keystone Property Settlements, Inc in March of 1996. Her certifications include the ALTP designation (Associate Land Title Professional). To continue as a title agent, she completes 24 credit hours in a 2 year period. Keystone Property Settlements, Inc. is a proud member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and the Lancaster County Association of Realtors.

She specializes in reducing the stress level of the transaction of building a house, buying a house, or refinancing their house. Settlements include residential properties and commercial properties.

Mary is a lifelong resident of Lancaster county and is the mother of two sons and grandmother of seven grandchildren. She truly enjoys spending time whenever possible with her family and friends.

She is a pastor of caring ministry at First United Methodist church in Millersville, Pennsylvania and is also an associate chaplain at Lancaster General Hospital.
